the computer will not load windows 11 when i add a storage drive, it keeps cycling around look for the OS, i cant get into the BIOS change the boot order

It would seem to indicate the added drive is causing the system to not be able to find the boot loader.

When trying to get into the BIOS, try this method.

Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick F9 to choose the boot option.
