I have a Pavillion Slimline 270_P019 PC, I would like to know if there is enough room in this PC to build in a SSD drive.

@Newman63

You're in luck as there is an M.2 SSD slot built into the motherboard.

Hi WAWood, thanks for your reply, but do you mean the SSD drive will fit underneath the HDD, because i want to keep the HDD  also in the PC for storage.

Thanks.

The M.2 SSD is a stick of memory that inserts directly into a socket on the motherboard; it does not connect via a cable like a SATA SSD, so it does not take up space like a SATA SSD.

Hi WAWood, thanks for replying so quickly, unfortunatly there is no such slot on this motherboard.

I have added some photos.

OK, I don't see the slot -- which is odd because the mobo that your product page links to clearly shows an M.2 SSD header at the bottom of the image.  I have attached that.

Hi WAWood, thanks for your help, one last question, is it possible to change the MoBo in my pc to the one you are reffering to?
