 Buenas tardes se me ha dañado el disco sata que venia original y lo quiero sustituir con uno ssd m2 y quiero dejarla con la configuración tal y como venia de fábrica, baje el HP cloud Recovery Toll pero no me reconoce el id del producto y no me deja hacer nada, que puedo hacer si alguien me puede ayudar

Hi:

 

If your PC is no longer supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, your only option would be to clean install Windows on the new SSD by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool.

 

I am not 100% sure of your PC's product number that comes after the # sign.

 

I entered 3UR52AA#ABM (ABM is normally the code for countries in Latin America) and it returned a 'not supported' error.
