camera not working and windows not activated

If you are using the same Windows OS that came preloaded, it should have activated automatically for you.  And if that is the case, you should contact where you bought it and demand to return it for a full refund.

 

IF, however, you changed the OS version, like doing a new Windows install, since you most likely did NOT use an HP OEM Version, that is NEVER going to activate because the product key embedded in the firmware of your PC is ONLY for the HP version and will not work with any other.  So, in this case, you have to BUY your own license from a retailer, since HP does not sell license.
