hi all!
get from market yesterday. today turn on and follow initial setup instruction...
I really do not know what i did or happened but i have no user to access system
all user and password combination i try are wrong!!!
i think to restore system from start to restart the initial setup...
can i use Recovery manager by F11 at the start up?
should i choose "total clean" (i have not personal file or app inside)!
will this bring back to the starting position as brand new product with WINDOWS10?
thank you in advance

Hi
Hope this gives some peace of mind...
The Activation of Windows 10 is done automagically, so a re-install is covered.
However you may wish to write down the key, and I use KeyFinderInstaller from Magical Jelly Bean for this.
Also there is normally an option, IT ONLY RUNS ONCE, to make a Recovery Media onto a 16 gb USB stick or similar.
It is a one shot option, so have everything in place first.
You can make your own DVD/USB with the Microsoft Creator Tool, but NO HP SOFTWARE included.
and a HOW2 is here...

There is of course the F11, Factory Fresh option that takes several hours, but puts the system back to Day One.
Risk, always there, but you have ways to work around any potential risks/problems.
If in doubt please ask.
