I've tried all of the usual solutions to get the Aw Snap error message to go away to no avail. What else can I do, it is not allowing me to upload photos to my jobs portal.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The following error codes mean there's a problem opening the page. "AwSnap!": Chrome is having problems loading the page.

Click here and follow the troubleshooting steps in order to resolve the issue. ( Method 1 & 2 )

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, I clicked the link you provided, method #1 has you right click on Google, click on properties and then "target" under shortcuts, the problem is that I don't have a "shortcuts" tab to click on and therefore no "target" box to add the  -no-sandbox text.  The options I'm given after clicking on properties are:

General

Web Document

security

Details

Previous versions

Can any of these options get me there.

I aslo tried Method #2 and it didn't work.

Any other ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated.
