Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i just received my new PC  and i can't open the settings app. I am not sure why, it was working earlier today. i am not very computer literate so hope it is something i can understand so i can fix

Which Setting app ? Please hold down Win key and hit letter I, which one are you talking about ?

i tried what you said but it doesn't help. it still does the same thing it. The entire settings app does not remain open, so i am not able to change any setting on my computer 😞
