can't remember admin password

I have hp t520 thin client. i forget admin password what shall i do to fix this issue

Can you "reimage" the thin-client, to restore it to "factory" settings?

Or, contact your local system administrator, who has deployed thin clients through your organization?

Please contact your local system administrator, who has deployed thin clients through your organization.  They have the image that they want to be loaded to each thin-client, and the procedures to do it.
