Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i (491A7AV)

so for a while i had crashes and freezes ,  tried  Norton, other antivirus software but nothing.

tiring to repair it or reset it from the settings, it freezes at 8 % .

tried to install fresh copy from usb,  i cant see my drives...

Hi:

 

From some of the PC's in that model series, I see that they come with Intel 12th gen core processors.

 

If your PC has an Intel 11th, 12th or 13th gen core processor, I have zipped up and attached below, the storage controller drivers for Windows to find the hard drive.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

 

The copy the folder to a USB flash drive.

 

When you are at the screen where Windows can't find any drives to install on, click on the Load driver option, browse to the USB flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

 

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

 

Click Next, and hopefully Windows will find the drive and install.
