Hi,

Eleven years is a long time. I would say it is time to purchase a new PC.

Hi,

The motherboard may have failed. Not worth the effort to troubleshoot an eleven year old PC.

I hear you, new PCs are fairly expensive.

Windows Vista is a big security risk. It is time to upgrade.
