My card reader does not work.  I have a hp envy 23-113a touch smart all in one.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the W10 Realtek SD card reader driver works for your model PC, which is not supported by HP for W10, and has no W10 drivers listed on the support page.

Thanks for your reply. Just now tried a usb plug in card reader and it works. Will try your suggestion later as I would prefer to use the inbuilt one. Will wait in case I muck up the current solution. Not real computer savy. Thanks again Phil.
