A few days ago while having a font size and graphics size problem I had a Microsoft online agent go in with his examining tool and do a fix. Most of it worked out, but the choice of putting the computer in sleep mode when I click on power was not there. It was always there before but after going into control panel and trying to get it back as a choice, I must not be doing it properly. Anyone have an idea that will work?

There are a number of things here that might work. My power plan put the system to sleep after 30 minutes of no activity so I don't bother with the shutdown button.

Sorry, but that is an internal Windows function and there is nothing we or you can do to restore it.
You can try looking at Settings to see what options are there in the Power section.
If those are gone too, your only option would be to do a Repair-Install using a Windows USB stick you have to create yourself.
