Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ALL IN ONE  DESKTOP 22-c0073w   product num 3LB92AA#ABA. WHENEVER I CUT ON MY COMPUTER I GET A COMMAND BOX THAT SAID'S C;\WINDOWS SYSTEM32 WINDOW POWERSHELL\V1.0 POWERSHELL.EXE. IT STAY'S OPEN A FEW MINUTES LIKE IT'S WAITING FOR ME TO PUT SOMETHING IN IT. THEN IT GOES OUT. THEN ANOTHER BOX POPS UP AND SAIDS NOT SANDBOXED I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO MY COMPUTER .I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO PLEASE HELP ME.

My guess is that you have a Startup task that is running Powershell -- and you need to disable that.

 

Do the following:

1) Press the Ctl-Alt-Del keys all at the same time

2) Select Task Manager

3) Select Startup tab

4) Scroll down through the list to see if there is a task for Powershell.  If there is, disable it.

5) Exit and reboot

 

You should NOT get that powershell window anymore.
