Everytime I log on everything from the previous time is erased. Also when I try to be on anything itll work for a little bit then it will just exit on me then it wont want to work again or will just continue to exit over and over again. @ladydips

Unfortunately, this is not a new issue with Win10 Windows Updates.

Read this: https://www.howtogeek.com/658194/windows-10s-new-update-is-deleting-peoples-files-again/

Yeah, it's an OLD thread -- but the issues with Windows Update continue to this day and the solutions remain the same.

Are you logging-on to a "guest" ID?  Such an ID can be configured to delete all the files, so that the next person to logon as "guest" will NOT see any of your files.
