Windows 11 has a built-in memory testing routine.

https://androidexperto.com/how-to-run-windows-memory-diagnostics-tool-in-windows-11/.

Several listings for that model indicate a large amount of Ram, so it would seem there is more that one memory module.  Run the testing routine to see which module has the error.  Then either remove it and the the test again to verify that you have located the defect module or just replace the defective module.

Report back with the testing results and successes or failures.
