all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I press the on/off (or hdmi) button at the lower right hand side of the unit I get a black screen with the message ¨monitor off¨ followed by ¨check hdmi in cable,¨ but there is no hdmi in cable.  There seems to no way to reboot or get access to the computer itself.  I´ve tried unplugging the power and holding the on/off  button with no luck.  Suggestions?

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

You have a AIO PC so there is no HDMI cable.

You may have a graphics problem on the motherboard, no input signal from onboard graphics.

This PC needs to be examined by HP or a local PC tech .

Regards
