computer says disc full all of a sudden- clearly its a virus or problem. can’t find # to call

I was sure I had extended care but can’t find a phone #- all of a sudden my Thunderbird (outgoing mail provider) is showing 100% and computer will do nothing as it is ’full’

ALL of the things you mention are unrelated!

Your Thunderbird outgoing folder being full is not related to disk usage.

Viruses have nothing whatsoever to do with this.

Look at the screen that @Prométhée provided and see if your different "drives" show as full.  If the Windows drive shows that, then run the utilities below to free up some space:
