Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

You have a intermittent problem. Very hard to diagnose.

The PC works fine after you restart the PC.

Run HP Diagnostics (Link) at system startup.

Tap "ESC" at system startup.

Select "F2".

Run System tests.

It is possible your PC is blue screening but your system is set to restart after a hardware or system driver problem.

In this case, go to Control Panel, System.

Advanced System Settings.

Startup and Recovery.

Deselect Automatically restart.

After deselecting Automatically restart your PC should halt at a blue screen with error messages if there is a hardware problem or system driver problem.

Is your PC up to date with all hardware drivers and Windows updates?

You could also have an intermittent problem with the power switch or the motherboard. You can't rule out the power supply as a possible cause.

As I have said, this is very hard to diagnose.

Regards
