my computer crashed and I am unable to get it past the blue screen with the options to help fix the situation, it doesnt boot into window 11 the language is in spanish which isnt helping the situation. can anyone suggest where I can change the setting to english at this point and if there is away to reinstall windows without losing my files. it is a desktop
