Make sure the PC is off. Press and hold the Windows Key + B key.

After 30-60secs the PC should either start beeping, or display a BIOS recovery screen (hopefully)

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb Product Specifications | HP® Support

It has the BakerMS motherboard with a SSID of 8768

See if this works...make a USB BIOS recovery drive with the latest BIOS update HP has for your PC:

Watch this video for how to do that.  It works the same for your model PC.

You will need another PC.  You should only be given the option to create a recovery drive on a different model PC.

Creating a BIOS Recovery Flash Drive for HP Notebooks | HP Notebooks | HP Support (youtube.com)

After you create the USB BIOS recovery drive, follow the instructions that show up after the USB recovery drive has been successfully created.

1. Power off the device to be recovered.

2. Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port.

3. Power on the device.

4. The device may reboot up to 3 times with indicator lights on the keyboard flashing, or the screen appearing blank for short time.

If that doesn't work, try creating a BIOS recovery drive with one of the previous BIOS updates, newest one first (F.36).

They are listed under the Revision History section of the driver link I posted.
