@1cookie -- the cooling fan is always running.
This is normal. But, do you mean that it is VERY NOISY - running at 100% speed, with 100% "noise" ?
Are you living in Hawaii, or south of the Equator, where the room-temperature is quite warm?
Trying to "cool" a computer with such warm air is difficult.
So, your motherboard speeds-up the fan(s), to try to increase the amount of air-flow.
Or, you could have a failing fan that is not slowing-down after the motherboard has told it to slow-down.
This seems like a task for a certified computer technician, to trouble-shoot, and maybe to disassemble your computer, to verify that the fan is the cause of the noise.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
