Hello
Merci
I would like :
- create a Windows repair US key. Should the key be formatted in FAT32 or NTFS?
- how to make a system image with this computer. I made an external hard drive in NTFS and at the end of the system image I have O byte !!!
Surprising that the services of HP do not offer French. I do not speak English.
Thank you

Hi:
You can use the Media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 installation/Repair USB flash drive.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will do all the work for you. There is no need to format the USB flash drive yourself.
HP made a decision in December, 2019 to discontinue the French, German, and Korean support forums.
I don't work for or represent HP, so I don't know why they made that decision.

In addition to the excellent advice that @Paul_Tikkanen already gave you, you should consider using EaseUS ToDo Backup (which has a free version) as they provide a feature to translate it into different languages -- see here: https://www.easeus.com/support/download-language-files.html
Good Luck

Hello,
It is not at all what I asked you.
1. I wanted to know if the recovery key should be formatted in FAT32 or NTFS? Recover the tool by media tools I know how.
2. I wanted to make a system image (through the Windows control panel), however, I cannot open this system image on my external hard drive because I do not have authorization.
I'm alone on my laptop and I don't see why I don't have permission.
If you could explain to me how to obtain this authorization, I would be grateful.
Sorry if the GOOGLE translation is not correct.
Thank you
