Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my ms edge ande system is running wildly even when im not on it it can be 2 or 2 gigs of data in a day it need to slow down i close msedge proplley is this a task manager problem

Within MS Edge, go into Settings, and then Advanced, and then "reset" to the default settings.

 

Some web-pages (such as sports-related web-sites) automatically update, to show the current scores. What web-pages are open?
