If I uninstall all the games on my computer will it free up storage and help my P.C.??

Of course, if you uninstall games, that will free up space -- but if you're talking about the trivial games that come preloaded on a PC, that's not going to free up much space.

 

As for helping your PC, since you failed to tell us what ails it, we can not answer that question.
