Product: HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0014

desktop is distorted sometimes at start up.  This has happened after downloading Windows 11. The Icons on desktop are large and wide.  Computer is out of HP warrantee  so I can't update graphics card through HP and I am not sure if that will even correct the problem.  It doesn't happen every day at startup only about once per week.  I have a Intel(R) UHD graphics 630 and went on Intel's Support site and their Driver & Support Assistant suggested downloading Intel 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics Windows but they state that  installing this graphics driver from Intel will remove customizations from my computer manufacturer (OEM) which I don't know what that means.  Has anyone had this problem and what fixes it in very simple terms so I can understand what to do
