Unless I am mistaken, your product ID is 4P769EA#akd and you have cloud support.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It make take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

If the restore is windows 10 then post back here for how to update 10 to 11 and not have to do a clean install.
Thank you for using HP products and posting to the community.

Hi, @Sebastian525
If you want to clean install W11, you have to install the Intel storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below for Windows to find the drive.
You need to do this for every PC that comes with an Intel 11th generation core processor or newer since Micrsoft has not yet included these storage controller drivers in their installation media--why I do not know since the 11th gen core processors have been out for a few years now.
Unzip the file I attached and copy all of the files inside both folders in that file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your W11 installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next, and Windows should find the drive and install.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer, I have a computer at work and I will check it tomorrow. The unit is HP All-in-One 24-df1162nw (4P769EA), while the M.2 NvMe hard drive is Samsung MZVLQ512HALU-000H1 (HPS4NFXV)
Best regards
