Hello,

 

Im having a problem. When i restart my pc i think it also download/update. when i open the PC  it on preparing automatic repair then into diagnosing your pc.

I try going to troubleshoot/advanced option. But when i click on any one of these the  advanced options computer freezes such as  (command prompt) Also there was only one option it won’t freeze and that is PC reset. But when i did reset the PC it say “there was a problem”

 

 

I try going to Diagnostics UEFI to see if it can fix but it show that “Your current version of diagnostic is not up to date” I don’t think i can update my disagnostic if i don’t pass through the “diagnosing your pc.” also i’m not sure what to do in there

 

Also i try contacting microsoft support since here was a QR code in the blue screen saying “Your PC ran into a problem and need to restart, We'll restart for you”  They told me that i need “separate PC & an empty 8GB USB flash drive to reinstall Windows.” and there no other option except if my OC don’t freeze.

 

 

I can show some pictures or video. to see what going on.

But i already did the test multiple time. I only test the important like the hard drive and other important. It all a pass.
