How do I  disable touchscreen envy20 smart touch all in one?

Open Device Manager, find the listing for Human Interface Devices and expand it. Right-click on HID-compliant touch screen and select Disable. Click Yes to confirm.

 

If you want to restore the touch screen functionality, repeat these steps but select Enable instead of Disable.
