HP ProDesk 400 G3 Microtower PC

i have been trying to find the xmp option in the bios of the HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT but i cant find it, i also cant find any helpfull videos online because all the other mb look different, i think this mb just doesnt support the xmp option but maybe someone elke here knows something i dont and can help me out by telling/showing me where the xmp option is so i can enable it and play my games more comfortable and with better fps and performance.

XMP: no

I suspect the performance you want is controlled by the graphics card and not by the memory or CPU speed.

 

Go here and pick the game you are having problems with and then compare to what your system is designed with:

 

you have one of the following 

Intel HD Graphics 530

R9 350 1 GB PCIe x16
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2 GB PCIe x8 graphics card
NVIDIA NVS 310 graphics card

 

Some of the above require a 300 watt power supply
