Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)

The drivers are not getting updated, every time I try to update them, they show Install error - 0x800703f1 or Install error - 0x80070103. The result is speakers not working, microphone not working, webcam issues, screen brightness not adjusting and many more. I've tried to download them via cmd, tried various fixes over the internet but still no use. I don't want to rollback windows update unless it is the last option. Also, is it in anyway related to the free RAM space? My RAM space left is just 1GB. Please guide me on finding and fixing the issue.
