HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0019ur
Microsoft Windows 11

Good afternoon, I have a small problem and it seems to me that it is because of the F68 BIOS. I have a lot of conflicts with the Nvidia drivers and the chipset, the Internet and USB ports.Could you please provide me with a more stable version of the BIOS for my laptop?

Hi @IvanTimkov,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for the additional information! It seems that the F.68 BIOS version is currently the only available version for your HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0019ur. It sounds like you're experiencing quite a few issues with your HP Pc.

Please try the steps below and let me know if these steps help.

Nvidia Driver Update

1. Uninstall Existing Nvidia Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager by pressing Win + X and selecting Device Manager.
  • Expand the Display adapters section, right-click on your Nvidia graphics card, and select Uninstall device. Check the box to delete the driver software for this device if prompted

2. Download and Install the Latest Nvidia Drivers:

  • Visit the Nvidia Driver Download page and select your graphics card model and operating system
  • Download and install the recommended drivers. Choose the Clean Installation option during installation to avoid conflicts

Chipset Driver Update

  1. Download Chipset Drivers:
    • Go to the HP Support website and download the latest chipset drivers for your laptop
  2. Install Chipset Drivers:
    • Run the downloaded chipset driver file and follow the installation instructions

Internet Connectivity Update

1. Update Network Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager, expand the Network adapters section, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for drivers
  • Alternatively, download the latest network drivers from the HP Support website

2. Check Power Management Settings:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter, select Properties, go to the Power Management tab, and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power

USB Ports Update

  1. Update USB Drivers:
    • Open Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers section, right-click on each USB controller, and select Update driver
    • Download the latest USB drivers from the HP Support website

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
