Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

I have an e5c13aa wireless mouse which suddenly stopped working, or better syncing with my microsoft surface pro 4.

Changed the battery, did reboot both mouse and pc, turned on and off the bluetooth on both devices, followed every step of the user manual again and again, but the blue light on the top is still blinking with no sign of life.

is there something else I can do to make it work?

Please help!
