hi my outlook live inbox folder is coming in alphabetically, not in chronological order.  this only happens on this pc.  I cleared history, tried in firefox, edge, and chrome.  this doesn't happen on my android devices just this pc.  the junk folder comes in fine, the inbox is corrupted.

You must have it arranged by "subject" or "from" or by some category that is alphabetic  That is only way to get A..Z order

 

Set the arrangement to "date"

 

I use outlook from office 365 but supposedly the live outlook has the same features.
