after a update, when I try to send a E mail, I enter the first letter of the address, then this box comes up" changes you have made may not be saves"  leave or cancel come up, then my e mail will close and list of items starting with that letter will come up, I have to go back and open my e mail again. There is no problem responding to e mail sent to me.

The use of email is implemented on PCs using one of two methods.  Either you are using a Browser, which uses some form of webmail (like Gmail), or you are using an application that is installed on your PC (like Outlook).

In either case, the critical issue is that of settings -- and we have no way of knowing what the settings need to be to work with your email provider.  You will have to contact their support form to get assistance from them.
