Product: 14s-dq2215nia

Am working on a pc which was unable to load to desktop.

They are two errors:

  • The PC is request to Enter Recovery Key ID (to identify your key): DFB3D3AB-2F53-4C42-88C1-527468A6F656.
  • If I entered the recovery key and click on continue, the system displays blue screen error

Am awaiting for your help..thanks
