a hard disk short DST U4JFHV-000A9P-X87SWJ-60TF03 error was detected in Start-up test, Hart Disk test, Run-in test and System Tuneup. the computer constantly freezes. it takes a very long time to load when turned on. I checked for viruses and overheating, but there is nothing. apparently, it's just the hard drive 1. what to do?

Those symptoms are a warning - along with the actual warning - that the hard drive is failing. The drive needs to be replaced. If you can actually make a total backup, that would be a plus. Otherwise all the important "stuff" on the hard drive will be gone.
I would recommend doing an image of the drive, if it will allow that before total failure. That way, when the drive is replaced, the image is put on the new drive and all done. So do that step NOW.
If the drive totally fails during the backup or imaging, it will be too late but at least you tried.
After the drive is replaced use the image made or reinstall Windows, if the drive fails before hand.
I'm not an HP employee.
