Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 750-424

dont know what has happened to HP but this 'run around' to simply get help is sure turning me against them!
ever since the last update a few days ago, my computer is working exceptionally slow and im having trouble staying connected to the internet.  none of these problems were present before the update.  
went thru diagnostics and it says DNS server is problem and its unavailable(308). but offers no solultion.

thier 'virtual agent' is a joke.
