How do I return a HP Pavilion with Windows 7, back to factory settings? Computer is going to another user.

The PC had a Recovery partition preloaded and that contains the files needed to do a Factory Reset.

Press the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting, and then when the HP Startup Menu appears, select the option for doing the Reset.

Or, you can try pressing the F11 key repeatedly and that should take you straight to the HP Recovery Manager.
