Pavilion all-in-one touch screen model 23-p149, serial number [edited].

since upgrading from Microsoft 8.1 to Windows 10, touch screen develops floating bubbles, mouse becomes erratic. Have had to disable touch screen to be able to use. All updates are in place. But, still not able to use touch screen.

Congratulations, Patrick Swayze is now in your house and you're experiencing 'Ghost' touch.

This is a hardware fault with the touch screen and it needs to be replaced.

How old is the unit? Is it still under warranty?

Strange that the computer worked perfectly with O/S 8.1, but as soon as upgrade to Win 10, this effect took over.
