I want o cancel my hp care pack and it's not showing up my my account so i can cancel it, (edited), this issue is stressing me out i need help

HP Care Pack is an extended Warranty contract that you purchase -- The warranty is intended to be used in case your device (computer, printer) breaks outside of the normal Warranty period.

Once purchased, you own the HP Care Pack contract -- a Care Pack Contract is not generally something you take back to the store or cancel.

If, instead, you are upset about an Instant Ink subscription and wish to cancel that service contract, you can do that.

that's insane that there's no way to cancel it, then why did they say in an email they've sent to me that i cancel it any time, makes no absolute sense- I really hate it, now monthly they're going to take money out of my account **bleep** is this **bleep**. this why I need to cancel this bs.

Perhaps you are asking about something other than a Care Pack or Instant Ink.

I've sent your new comments to our Moderator team.

If the contract is not an Instant Ink service contract for which I've already provided cancel information

AND

If the contract is not a Care Pack -- which is not monthly, so I think this is NOT your question,

then

Perhaps you are asking about a monthly SmartFriend subscription.

In so much that I am aware, you can cancel SmartFriend.

What you do -- or can do -- is a matter of the type of contract you have purchased.

The words and names are important --

Care Pack is not Instant Ink and Care Pack is not SmartFriend

SmartFriend is not a Care Pack and SmartFriend is not Instant Ink.

Care Packs are a one time purchase --

The Care Pack contract is meant as an extension to the original hardware Warranty contract.

Care Packs are a particular type of contract, usually one that you purchase before your original Warranty expires.

A Care Pack contract is not a subscription --

A Care Pack contract does not charge a monthly subscription fee.
