Hi,

I want to perform a reinstall of my windows as I don't have my bitlocker key anymore and I can't get into my windows anymore.

Now from the HP Bios I went to system - recovery - remove everything but then I get an error message that is does not work.

BitLocker is likely blocking access, so at this point the practical solution is to reinstall Windows from external media (USB) and completely wipe the drive. First, back up your important data to an external drive or USB. Then create a bootable USB using Rufus and a Microsoft Windows ISO. Boot from the USB, select your language, click Next, and choose “Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).” Delete your Windows drive and then delete each partition until you only see “Unallocated space.” Finally, select the unallocated space and click Next to install Windows on it.
