Hello All, I just purchased this laptop yesterday and now trying to install google chrome and firefox are a project I have will only operate in these browsers. I tried several times and was meet with a security window, something about the S mode must be disabled. Yet I go to do so and it recommends that I don't and still does not allow me to turn it off. Please advise, I can I get chrome or firefox to install ?

Had you done some research BEFORE you bought this PC, you would have learned the SAD news about S Mode PCs is that they ONLY allow the installation of applications from the MS Store! That is the main reason they are discounted so much!
You CAN switch away from S Mode -- but it is a ONE WAY effort and some folks have reported their PCs being corrupted after that.
So my suggestion is that if what you really want is a PC that can install whatever you want, you return this one and purchase a PC that is NOT configured to run S Mode.
