Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pavilion h8-1360t with Beats audio Win 10 no sound.

I've tried everything i could find and can only assum ethat downgrade to Win 7 will fix.

I upfgreaded to 10 about 2 weeks agaio but recoverey says I could only downgrade to Win 7 up to 10 days after upgrading to 10.

The machine came with Vista OS with an upgrade option to 7 and the disks will not fresh install... something about the format being GLT or something.

Other than the IDT HD Audio drivers not working (red X constant on speaker icon) the machine wokrs fine in 10.

I' like to find either a driver that wokrs to fix my headphone issue in Win 10 or how to go back to Win 7

Thanks,

joe

Hi:

Did you try this W10 IDT HD audio driver?   If not, see if it gets the sound to work.  Restart the PC after installing.

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
