HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ran a register file clean up on cc cleaner and now have problem logging on . got an error message 0G8421-9JJBLP-

0G8421-60Q503 hard drive problem and here I am wondering what to do to fix this. I have an all in one  and have whole house wifi  If you cannot tell, I am not very computer competent any advise will be appreciated.
