Welcome to this forum.
You probably should not have posted to a problem that has been marked as "solved", over 6 months ago.
Please create a new problem, and state your problem.
Also, state your previous configuration, i.e., model-number of the first computer, and how many monitors were connected to that computer, and the type of connection, e.g., DVI or HDMI. Also, post the same information for the second computer.
Then, state your current configuration, and how the monitors are connected, and what is working, so far, and how you wish that it worked.
