The only way to upgrade your PC to W11 would be to use a workaround.
You can try this method first to do an in-place upgrade:

If that doesn't work you will have to clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with Rufus and check the applicable boxes to bypass the hardware checks.

When you create the Rufus installation media, you need to select the MBR partition scheme, not GPT.
