Hi @Bentcorp,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To block pop-up ads on your HP All-in-One 24 desktop, you'll need to adjust settings in your web browser, as well as possibly use additional software. Here's a general guide for popular browsers.

For Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots (menu) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security".
  4. Click on "Site settings".
  5. Under "Content", click on "Pop-ups and redirects".
  6. Toggle the switch to "Blocked" to prevent sites from showing pop-ups.

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to "Settings".
  3. Select "Privacy & Security" from the left menu.
  4. Under "Permissions", check the box next to "Block pop-up windows".

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge and click on the three horizontal dots (menu) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to "Settings".
  3. Click on "Cookies and site permissions".
  4. Under "All permissions", click on "Pop-ups and redirects".
  5. Toggle the switch to "Blocked".

For Safari (Mac):

  1. Open Safari and click on "Safari" in the menu bar.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Go to the "Websites" tab.
  4. Select "Pop-up Windows" from the left menu.
  5. Set the pop-up blocker to "Block and notify" or "Block" for all websites.

These steps should help reduce or eliminate pop-up ads on your desktop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
