Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try going into bios and it says my bios is up to date but when I go into bios it says nothing about XMP even if I check every section of f10

But as it says, not all BIOSs and all memory sticks support XMP, so if yours do not, this won't work.
