Here is an HP document regarding things to do if your computer does not boot or start:

Hi @vchag

Welcome to the HP Forum.

The AIO PC shows signs of life when you power it on but you have no video.

This would be a tough one to diagnose in a Forum. The integrated screen connects through the MB to the Intel CPU.

A discrete graphic chip is not listed in your PC's specs at this HP Site.

Your PC may have HDMI out at the back I/O (it is not labeled). Have you tried connecting a separate monitor to this HDMI port?

I don't see any other way to isolate the problem (the MB or the CPU) without having a local PC Tech take a look if you don't get video using a different monitor.

The screen may have failed if you do get video on a separate monitor. This means the MB and CPU are working.

Thank you Bill_Tom, I am probably going to take it in for repair, if its not to old

Hi @vchag

My pleasure.

Your PC is about 8 years old. It may not be cost effective to fix depending on what has failed.

Did you try @WAWood 's troubleshooting Link?

Did you try a different monitor using, what seems to be, the rear HDMI out port for a second monitor? I don't know if the HDMI port is in or out since the HDMI port is not labeled as an input or a output port.

Regards
