Your PC has two rear USB 2 ports.
The only suggestion I can offer is if your W7 installation media is on a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into one of the two rear USB 2 ports to boot from it.
If you are using a W7 installation DVD, make sure the KB and mouse are plugged into the two rear USB 2 ports.

You didn't explain what method you are using to install W7...DVD or USB flash drive, and I wouldn't be able to help you with that other than to suggest if you are using a USB installer to install W7, you still have the issue of having no choice but to run W7 from a USB3 port which isn't going to work, to get a multi USB cable, plug that into one of the USB 2 ports, plug the W7 USB flash drive into the remaining USB 2 port and the KB and mouse into the multi-USB device.
If you are using a DVD, you should not have gotten that error, and it normally means the DVD installation media has an issue.
Otherwise, you can do a search because there are lots of videos that offer suggestions.

Not sure why the gigabyte USB tool didn't work because that is the easiest way to fix the problem if you are installing W7 from a USB flash drive.
